Two talented students from the Charter Academy recently had their artwork showcased at the inaugural Juried High School Awards Exhibition, held from June 10th through August 2nd at the Charles W. Lamar Studio on the Pensacola State College, Pensacola campus.
Oceana Emerson and Lucas Waters represented the Charter Academy with exceptional pieces, captivating attendees, and earning well-deserved recognition. The awards ceremony on June 25th brought notable accolades to Oceana, who received the President’s Choice Award – Honorable Mention for her stunning artwork titled “X.O.”
Lucas Waters also made a significant impact with his submissions “No. 1” and “Anna Mining,” demonstrating his creative prowess and adding to the vibrant collection of student art on display.
