Application Process

The online application for the 2023-2024 academic year is open.

Enrollment Requirements

Thank you for your interest in the Charter Academy at Pensacola State College. The Charter Academy, located on the Warrington Campus, serves highly motivated high school juniors and seniors who seek to earn an Associate in Arts degree or an Associate in Science degree and transferable college credits simultaneously.

To enroll in the Charter Academy for the Fall 2023 term, a student must be a junior or senior in the 2023-2024 academic year, have an unweighted high school grade point average of 3.0 or above, have successfully attained progression into junior or senior level status at their high school, and have earned appropriate college placement test scores.

The application must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the student applying for admission to the Charter Academy. The online application will be completed in Workday. High school transcripts and PERT, ACT, or SAT scores must be sent to Pensacola State College. The Charter Academy cannot make an admission decision and an application is not considered complete until transcripts and test scores are received. These materials can be sent separately before submitting your application.

Applicants will be notified of an admissions decision via email. Admitted students will receive an enrollment packet and checklist via email. The enrollment packet must be returned to the Charter Academy in person during regular business hours.
